  After being drafted by the New England Patriots in 1985, Tony established his own personal training company.  He eventually went on to play football for the St.Louis Cardinals, but has always continued his love of helping others.    He is best known for training in a fast paced manner with focus and emphasis on every major muscle group without the need for training equipment.  As his knowledge grows , he is very confident in the fact that he will aid you in achieving your "Reachable Goals"

Chris became heavily involved in fitness during college when he was asked by a random person to be spotted on a bench press. Today, he calls that same person his trainer, mentor, and a best friend for  life.  During the first two years of getting sick most of the time, Christian got sick of being sick and was determined to change his lifestyle while boosting his confidence. The gym became his new home. Soon enough, Christian discovered an ultimate high and experienced the true benefits of a real workout.  But it didn't stop there. Christian became more passionate about the fitness field and eventually earned an NASM certification after graduating college. Curiosity definitely got the best out of Christian. Through years of training, he continues to apply new methods in his regimen and anxious to what the human body can accomplish. Today, Christian has a diverse group of clients. He continues to help them achieve health and wellness while improving on their overall fitness.

   I have always lived an active lifestyle. As I grew older I realized the importance of maintaining that active lifestyle thru working out and dieting. This is why I choose to become a personal trainer and a physical education teacher. It is important to reach our youth and educate them on the benefits of staying fit and healthy. This will carry over into our adult lives. As we reach adulthood, time is always a issue. It is our responsibility to make time for our selves and our well being. This is where I come in.
