As the founder of NewWorkouts, Joyce is a long time fitness professional who prides herself in helping others. She holds specialty certifications in Kickboxing, Military Bootcamp training, Yoga, Pilates, and Pre/Post Natal exercise and Rehab. She teaches private group trainings as well as one-on-one, but is Best known for her seasonal Bootcamps.
Through an uphill battle with her own body, she has discovered what works for her and is now determined to help you find what works for you.
